Description
Yo, Verde early harvest is born from the olive trees located in Úbeda Jaén, as a result of a long history of four generations, thus maintaining the tradition, experience and values of its predecessors.
In its tasting notes this oil has an intense green olive fruitiness, medium bitterness and a medium high spiciness. It reminds us of the freshly cut grass and tomato plant, outlined with aromatic plants such as rosemary and thyme. It is velvety in its presence in the mouth, the bitter is accompanied by a slightly more intense spice that gives a sensation of freshness culminating in a touch of green almond that lasts over time.
The sensory profile of this early oil is marked by the bright green of its color and an intense fruity, perfect to captivate lovers of quality and excellence.
