This Payment Oil is made with the native Picual variety of the centenary olive trees of the Vista Alegre Farm located in the heart of the Jaén countryside, it enjoys a peculiar Mediterranean-type microclimate with an abundance of morning dews due to its proximity to the Guadalimar river. that influences its excellent connotations, giving it its distinctive stamp.
Olive green first harvest oil, it is distinguished and identified by an immediate sensation of clean, fresh, fruity and herbaceous fragrances. Of great aromatic complexity that evoke the reminiscences of the plants that coexist in the olive grove, highlighting the olive leaf, wheat grass, lavender, tomato and fruit notes such as green banana, apple and green almond. In the mouth it is very balanced, it has a very pleasant entry, a slight bitter and spicy, its persistence over time is delicate and elegant.
