Description
This Arbequina variety planted in the Alto Guadalquivir Valley (Jaén) gives us a fresh, lively and expressive oil, which stands out for its herbaceous notes. Olive leaf, green almond and artichoke. Very structured due to its high percentage of oleic acid with high persistence and harmony. It has a high content of polyphenols and biophenols that have antioxidant capacity with potential health benefits, reducing the risk of contracting cardiovascular diseases.
